Hotel Policy

These policies are designed to ensure a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable experience for everyone staying at the hotel.

1. Check-in/Check-out Times

  • Check-in: 2:00 PM.
  • Check-out: 11:00 AM.
  • Early check-in or late check-out may be possible based on availability at an additional fee.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • The cancellation is free of charge 30 days prior to the date of arrival, after this time we will charge you 100% of the room rate as cancellation fee. All bookings made for stays between 15th December and 15th January are non-refundable.
  • Non-refundable rates may be available for a discount but do not allow cancellations or refunds.

3. Pet Policy

  • Pet not allowed.

4. Noise and Behavior Policies

  • Noise levels should be kept to a minimum, especially during late-night hours, to ensure that other guests are not disturbed.
  • Parties, loud gatherings, or disruptive behavior may be prohibited in common areas and rooms.

5. Smoking Policy

  • No-smoking policy in rooms and indoor areas.

6. Beach Access

  • Sun beds and umbrellas on the beach may be available on availability
  • Beach towels are provided on request, and guests must return them after use.

7. Parking Policy

  • Free parking is available, but parking availability could be limited during peak seasons or events.

8. Identification and Age Requirements

  • Guests are typically required to provide a valid ID (such as a driver’s license or passport) at check-in.

9. Alcohol and Food Policy

  • Outside food and drinks are prohibited.

10. Damage to Property

  • Guests may be held responsible for any damage they cause to hotel property, and the hotel may charge for repairs or replacements.
  • Lost keys or equipment (e.g., beach equipment, towels) may also incur a replacement fee.

11. Safety and Security

  • Resort has safety features like in-room safes, CCTV and security personnel.
  • Guests may be asked to comply with safety regulations, especially around beach areas, such as following lifeguard instructions.

12. Payment and Deposits

  • Payment: We accept credit or debit cards, and payment is often due at check-in. These are just some general guidelines. Always check the specific policies of a hotel before booking to ensure they meet your expectations.
